We have a dedicated pain clinic at our practice where we can assess patients with chronic pain and perform the necessary imaging to determine an accurate diagnosis. After discussion with the patient’s referring physician, we are then able to perform one or more ultrasound or CT-guided targeted corticosteroid therapy if necessary.
We would generally follow up with the patient and perform follow up imaging and/or followup procedures if and when necessary. Once symptom control is achieved, we would refer the patient back to his or her clinician.
